I call Southern Maryland, specifically Calvert County, my home.   Having been born and raised here  has given me a unique perspective of my area.   This enables me to educate my clients fully, not  only about the selling and buying process, but also about other aspects of Southern Maryland.    One of my main goals throughout my real estate career has been to maintain professionalism when dealing with clients.   This is carried over to all of my contacts and from these relationships,  I have established a network of qualified professionals to assist in completing every real estate  transaction successfully.  

  I currently live in St. Leonard with my husband and our varied assortment of animals.  My

 son now resides in Bluff City, Tennessee and my Mom and other family members remain  here in Southern Maryland.
 

Some of my achievements would be to have attained life membership in the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors top producers category and on my company's Gold Team, a select group of high performance real estate salespeople.   To attain these designations, one must have shown a significant and consistent level of success.  

I am also a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI) and have taken many of the courses in pursuit of the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. I am certified an e-Pro, which indicates a level of competency in technology as it relates to real estate.   I have been awarded the Professional Marketing Expert designation as I have exhibited marketing skills above the standard.   Being a member of the Luxury Homes Marketing Institute has given me an excellent basis for the marketing of extraordinary properties.   I've just completed work and received the SFR designation which is specifically for short sale and foreclcosure properties.   I consider educating myself in the real estate profession a never-ending and on-going process
